The guys managed to fit me in today as I had a nail in my back tyre and needed to get to work this weekend. I called in such a panic but they were so lovely and accommodating, making sure my car was safe to drive again. Can’t thank them enough.

Booked an appointment for a tyre change. I went there, dropped the car off. They said it will take an hour. After the promised time for fixing it, a phone call came through. "We haven't got the tyre. Come back tomorrow". I don't know if I should laugh or cry. I've already been there twice before for a tyre change and they have my details on the system. Same car, same tyres. Wasting two hours of anyone's time nowadays is unacceptable. Monkeys will do a better job running this place. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
Brilliant customer service! I was let down by another car company and Kwik Fit fitted my car in last minute and was extremely helpful. The whole process was very efficient! Definitely gained a regular customer!
They are very knowledgeable, fair & transparent. I am more than satisfied that they did not try to overcharge me like some other garages for being a woman and was clear with pricing from the get go. The receptionist was more than willing to help and answered all my queries. I had a screw puncture in my front tyre and had to do a walk in but they did their best to squeeze me in despite being quite busy which I truly appreciate. Overall, highly satisfied and will be coming back for future services.
I had a slow puncture and a damaged tyre. When I dropped in on the off chance I was greeted with a smile, even though they were extremely busy. They explained that they couldn’t do it there and then but booked me in the following day. When I arrived the following day Daryl greeted me by name which was a nice touch. While waiting for my car to be done it was clear that the whole team were very focussed on helping customers at every step, especially Daryl.
I always take my car here for tyre checks and new tyres. Martin and Jake looked after me wonderfully. On my most recent visit I needed a check on one tyre. I left my car with the team and a short while later received a call reporting that the tyre was safe and legal. The team had performed a check on all the tyres and then emailed me a tyre report. This didn’t cost a penny and put my mind at rest completely. As ever, I will continue to return here. Thank you Martin and Jake!
Needed a tyre changed urgently, phoned up and spoke to a gentleman named Tony. Without hesitation, Tony asked me to bring the car in to leave it with them. Within 2 hours, I received a call notifying me the tyre had been changed, the team had managed to squeeze me in between appointments. From the friendly and incredibly helpful customer service delivered by Tony, to the efficiency of the task at hand, I have to take my hat off to the team over at Kwik Fit, fantastic experience from start to finish, bravo!
Was let down by another local tyre company 'not having a delivery of my tyres' even though I'd booked it the day before - I tried Kwik Fit, ordered the tyres in the morning, car was done, fitted with the new tyres that same afternoon. These were specific tyres too, so they managed to get them that same day when others couldn't. They have gained a customer, and recommendations to others, good friendly staff too, 5 stars.
Happy with the service. Friendly and didn't take very long. Had wheel alignment done too. Informative and let me know I'd need my other two tyres done at some point soon.
