East Hill garage have been incredibly helpful with giving lots of advise on buying a car (we bought a big mistake somewhere else, which they helped discover). They've been really quick and good before with another repair on a friends car. Good prices as well. Thanks Kevin and crew!

Brilliant customer service, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable and honest. I phoned up on Monday morning after enquiring at a few other garages around Colchester as my fuel injector had blown. Every other garage I had phoned had quoted me around £320 for the job. 

I phoned East Hill Garage, spoke to Kevin about what I needed done. He asked me some questions about the injector and the symptoms, and he immediately said that the injector could just need to be reseated, at a cost of just £40! Instantly I was excited to think I'd be saving £280 from other quotes!

I decided to get a quote for everything I needed done; Injector, MOT, 2 new tyres and a Major Service, and he gave me a quote about 15 minutes later at a price I couldn't find better at any of the other garages I phoned (even if the injector needed to be replaced it was still £100 cheaper than other quotes).

So I took my Ford Galaxy down on Monday morning, just 2 hours after I'd spoken to Kevin and been given a quote by text, and by Tuesday afternoon at 1pm it was ready to pick up. And it turned out the injector didn't need to be replaced! 

I was really happy to find an honest garage, willing to help save me money, and share knowledge over the phone when I described the issue. Kevin really gave me peace of mind, and I will be using East Hill Garage for all my future maintenance.

East hill garage provided excellent customer service ! 100% recommend! They managed to see my car last minute and have it repaired and back on the road within 2 hours!   Thanks again for the brill work!

Very happy with East Hill Garage. My partner and I take our vehicles here for any problems, MOTs and services. Prices are very good. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Kevin is very knowledgeable and has helped on a number of occasions when we have phoned with vehicle related queries. We live in Harwich but are more than happy to drive to Colchester as we know the garage is reliable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.
