This store is just fine it's nothing special and sometimes I think the men's range is a little limited. This said I sometimes get the off nice thing here and the clothes are usually good quality. Staff are nice enough and the store is always clean and tidy so if you like h and m then this store will be fine for you

Love H&M the clothes are fab an the quality of the cloths is good an they don't  more colour .if you like to stand out go here😉 plus the kids clothes are fab as well

Most of the staff at the H&M on Church Street Liverpool are grumpy divas who act as if they're doing you a favour serving/helping customers. If you want a pleasant shopping experience, visit another H&M store.

Dreadful example of this chain. No seating inside, music at deafening volumes even in the kids section, and was about 10 degrees too hot. Made me and my daughter feel so ill we left. 

Clothes are standard fare cheap and cheerful, but there is a huge emphasis on cramming as much into your face as possible, even at the expense of the actual experience of shopping there. I will be avoiding if at all possible..h and m online is a much more palatable experience.
