Last week I have visited Trafford shop to get some gifts for my new born niece. I was served by Rami. He was very professional with polite, friendly and smiling attitude. Also gave me some nice ideas what to get and in the end he made me beautiful toys with her name on. I was very impressed and I would definitely return back. This was the exact experience I would expect from such a shop!
All i can say is that when my daughter walked in and saw the Jellycat Store all her dreams had come true. For that alone it deserves 5 stars. Friendly staff and it's HUGE! So much to browse through.
Me and my partner visited the Trafford Centre today and went to the Trafford centre to purchase some champagnes for some family celebrations we have coming up birthday & engagement. We were helped by Sam, who explained a variety of options and what’s best for taste. He was super helpful and his knowledge of the brands and champagnes were excellent. Amazing customer service. Thanks to Sam we purchased 2 champagnes and were very satisfied with them. Thank you Sam!
Friday myself, daughter her bf and her friend had the pleasure of being served by a beautiful, friendly and professional young Persian lady who is the reason why we gave 5 stars -Think she worked on the Georgia Armani counter. We bought shampoo conditioner from another section and she was happy to serve us and explain the app etc and take our email. Conversation flowed - absolutely flawless. She’s a credit to anyone who employs here and I feel a lot of staff there are at a very high standard. Ex client recruitment and training as they have amazing staff. Very high standards in customer service.
Bought a beautiful fragrance here. Noemi from the perfume section was incredibly kind and welcoming, with such positive energy. She perfectly matched me with a fragrance just from a short description of my preferences. Truly the best service.
