With this beautiful town of Dorchester, when I went to purchase some gas from this Ford Gas Station, I was greeted with Samuel. Samuel by far was one of the best gas fillers I've been gracefully able to experience in my 16 years of living. I hope there will be fortune in my future, as I want him to keep filling my gas every time I go. Thank you Ford, for hiring such a great man!

On behalf of my dad who doesn’t have a Google account: While on the 401 in terrible weather, I got a puncture in one of the tires on my 3 month old Ford F350 dually. I got off the highway and limped into Dorchester to Village Ford where I was told they didn’t have a jack to lift it. I guess the moral of the story is, don’t buy a Super Duty from them, because they ain’t got a jack. Thanks to Tubby’s for getting it done!
I tried to purchase my 2nd Ford truck here and the staff was cocky and degrading. I purchased my Platinum F150 at another dealership. After speaking with other people they shared similar and in some cases horrible stories. Buyer beware.
It was my 1st time at this dealership . I just went for some minor maintenance . The work was performed very quickly.... I had my vehicle back a few hours later .The service manager Matt was extremely accommodating and very friendly . I was also quite happy with the fee charged as well . I found the price very reasonable . I definitely will be going back !
Very good experience buying my truck - Scott worked patiently with me finding what I wanted...had to bring it in from another dealership - took some extra time even when I was going give up on an option - he said "nope you are getting what you want" and very happy I did : He's a busy man running the sales on his own but had the time to answer my questions and, I think was more excited when I picked up my truck than I was! Thanks Scott for your hard work.
Friendly honest trustworthy and no pressure sales. My husband and I have been dealing with Scott for 5 years and would never go anywhere else. Great service station always very punctual and reliable.
Inquired over the phobe on a f150 that was available thur and told them to write up the deal I'll send a deposit, they don't reply to 3 emails I sent them fri and sat. They finally email me tue to tell me it's sold. Terrible customer service when u have a customer offering you 86k on a new truck.

Best vehicle buying experience ever! Scott made the whole truck buying experience easy and super fast, two days after a test drive he had all the extras added to the truck and all licensing/financing, trade in paper work done. He gave me a fair deal including my trade in and I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want, it was nice not having to go through the pressure sales of all the extra warranties etc., he let me know what was available and that it could be added at a later date if I wanted. I will definitely be a return customer and will recommend Village Ford to friends and family.
