On Wednesday 25th September at about 19:30. I was tasked with fetching a few essentials for my family.nnI was stuck in the Women's health aisle tasked with procuring an item for my partner that most men have absolutely no clue about and would certainly be uncomfortable asking a member of staff about.nnLuckily, a lovely blonde lady part of the tesco staff recognized my struggles and with no judgement helped me pick the correct product.nnI just want to give recognition where it's due and thank the tesco lady with some praise. You certainly saved me in more ways than one.nn
One star to the nasty lady looking after the self service tills, had a misunderstanding as to a blocked empty till but the lady wasn't apologetic to my mistake as a member of staff should be.she seemed to take it personally.
A big thank you to Aaron on the bakery counter this morning. He offered to bake some rolls for us to collect later, he then found us in the store to advice it wasn't possible none in stock I asked him about another bakery loaf instead, he accompanied us back to the counter and then sliced the loaf as requested.nHave found similar good service from assistants whenever I've been unable to locate products. I have my shopping delivered every week on a Friday evening. Every week there are short dates expiring tomorrow or today!! and every week items get returned. I’m now shopping midweek elsewhere to compensate for the unused items that arrive on Fridays. Come on Tesco buck your ideas up and deal with short dated items. It’s every week and that’s not acceptable. 5 items returned this week!!!nEven your delivery driver calls the Tesco pickers monkeys!!
