I went to drop off a unit for service. The staff member there was very helpful , he showed me exactly where to park and guided me to the office to drop off the key. The process was quick and easy, and the place is well organized. Nice experience overall.
Colin Steve and I ex employees of Ford and Slaters from the sixties and early seventies asked for a tour for old time sake via Emma Collins daughter. We were treated very well indeed by all staff that we encountered particularly by Tom our tour guide who was patient, attentive to three seventy odd year olds who meandered down memory lane. Thank you very much to the staff and management for our memorial visit.
Nice staff, quick and professional
Lass with the dog on the front desk has absolutely no go in her what so ever. Took her 15 minutes to even think about sorting me out. I was only dropping keys off. She was more concerned with her dog.
Ordered a part it was delivered to the wrong address without me knowing I tried to return it guy on counter said I was a day over the returning date I would have to pay a 15% handling charge I said it was delivered to the wrong address it was there 5 days without me knowing it had been delivered. He said he had know way of knowing that virtually called me a liar. your service is going down hill rapidly.
