The entrance was well coming, the lady at the reception was really nice and helpful.nHowever, first the lift was too small for two people with a case. The corridors were dark carpets needed a good clean. In the room the windows were dirty and again the carpet needed a good clean. Room was extremely basic.nWe didn't stay the night, moved to another Premier Inn.nReally need re-vamping.nNot the usual Premier standard.
Room wasn't the best, overall could do with a bit of a revamp but we was only there to sleep so served it's purpose. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Karen was brilliant and a credit to the hotel, she looked after us on both our mornings in the restaurant and must say she went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after including bringing a child's character plate out for our grumpy 2 year old which really cheered her up.
I have stayed at a lot of premier inns. Unfortunately this is probably the worst I have stayed in. Rooms are dirty and dated.nStayed for 3 nights, asked to have RHR room refreshed on 2 occasions, both time the request was not completed. I find it strange that you have to ask for your room to be made up!nCorridors are dark and unwelcoming.nBathrooms are old and rusty.nEven the curtains in the room don’t keep the daylight out!nDisappointed…. Definitely. Not the usual premier inn standard
Reception unhelpful. Had to ring bell twice. Small scruffy room. Tiny bathroom, dirty tiles, dirty & chipped floor. Filthy windows. No apologies when door card failed, we appeared to be an inconvenience. Woken up at 1.10am by a drunk singing loudly outside our door. The worst Premier Inn we've ever stayed at. Seems to just cater for workmen. Definitely wouldn't return.
Being staying in Premier Inn Fosse Park with work for the last year and is by far the most friendly and welcoming I have ever stayed at throughout my travels in the UK. 10/10 for Manager and her team. Alway atentertive to the customer needs and requirements. Reception staff friendly and informative.
