It does get busy so can be slow sometimes but overall staff are helpful and friendly. Good range of products includes a small home area also. A typical next store.

The staff in the store go over and above to satisfy  there customers . I asked what dress code would be best for the occasion i was going to that night and wow. The tape measure was found and the staff were excellent and full of ideas of what would be ideal for my occasion and everything  fitted me to enjoy my fabulous night of enjoyment. How can anyone fault there expertise.  Thank you fosse park  staff. I was no one going in the store with no idea what to go out in to my evening of entertainment. See you soon. The shop for me.

Absolutly appaling service from next fosse park in Leicester, waited 25 mins for a pair of shoes for them for them turn around and tell me that they couldnt find the ones i wanted. At this point i was getting very frustrated as i had already asked two members of staff, i decided to leave the shop. They cared more about the customers at the till than they did with the other customers walking around, despite having one shoes of the pair that i needed on thw shelf.
