Terrible, infact nonexistent customer service. No one on the shop floor if you need help finding something. Only one person on the tills with a long queue. Quicker to order online and get it in a few day. Absolutely Terrible. If I could give a minus score I would do. If you go to Curry's you'd have a dozen people asking if you need any help.
Currently at a till returning an item on Kidwear without a receipt.nnBeing ex Retail I appreciate the help and assistance provided by AmynShe was nothing but courtesy and polite throughout a great credit to the store and team.nnLeft the store obtaining a refund as on a Giftcard as only alternative colours available.
Very hit and miss. Quality of clothing can be poor. Jeans and footwear are usually OK. Sometimes service is friendly, other times dismissive. Homeware generally overpriced for the design and quality.
We aboslutely love everything about Next. Their quality clothes, patterns and colours. It's true that some of them are a bit pricey but is definitely worth buying from them. I am so impressed about their jewellery section,I didn't know that they so beautiful jewels. And they decorated really beautiful for Christmas.n100% recommend this store especially for baby and kids clothes and shoes.
Absolutely shocking service, terrible staff with no regard for customer service and serving paying customers avoid at all cost unless you feel like giving your money to shitty companies !! Will not be going back to this store. I’ll also be ringing to put a complaint in with the manager!nnThe lack of humanity in the staff at the fosse park store is a joke. no one at tills waiting but still got told to wait, apparently dealing with an invisible customer so I patiently waiting only to be completely disregarded as another team member came up and proceeded to then serve the five customers waiting AFTER ME. This is not acceptable from a store and its employees. From such a big company your employees should learn how to serve paying customers! Appalling behaviour from your staff.
