When I went to pick up a couple of tops that I ordered from the Next directory online, I wasn't feeling very well at all.
The two ladies who were working there couldn't had been more kind and helpful. One got me a drink of water and the other offered to phone a taxi. The really nice thing was is that they seemed really genuinely concerned and caring people. I have along term illness which makes it very difficult for me to shop and focus most times and I end up not being able to face certain shops again but their caring nature put me at ease and I wish others would be the same. I feel like writing a thank you letter to these two assistants because it's once in blue moon I get treated in such a kind way.

Wanted a child's dress in a different size that wasn't in the Highcross store so they rang through to the Fosse Park store where a man named Dominic said they also didn't have it but could get one delivered from the warehouse within an hour or so. We got there earlier than the time we were told to collect and it had already been delivered. Would just like to say what excellent service from Dominic and the team members thank you very much.

Always great service, knowledgeable staff who can help you find what you want. Tends to be pricey though.
