It's great that they have a physical shop however it is overpriced and just too small, I know it can't be easy to buy a bigger premise but there were just so many people packed in there that it was really difficult to look, it is a shame as we would have probably bought a few things if we had been allowed to have a proper look around, instead people are pushing past. Still giving it three stars as we need more shops like this one and I imagine if only a few people were in the experience would have been much nicer.
Decent selection and the staff are genuinely into the things they sell, which make the experience good.
Nice little store a bit cramped so it's a bit of a squeeze getting through it if there are more than 10 people inside , prices are ok. I do wish there was a bit more of a variety in terms of merch and collectibles. But they do have quite a large collection of posters and artwork that can be easily framed and put up on the wall at home.
Shop needs to be bigger... There's so much stuff piled so high and low down you can't see a lot of it as you can't take a step backwards due to lack of space. Which is probably a good thing as we'd spend even more money in there. It's only a small shop but just about everything in there is something we want.
They have quite a good range of geeky stuff. The big downside is that the shop in Birmingham city centre is very small, so often, especially on a Saturday, one has to que outside to be able to visit.
There is plenty of stock to keep you busy, from keyrings to figurines, but the shop is so hard to navigate because it is so small and claustrophobic. I can see by the staff at the door they are trying to regulate how many come in so it isn't too crowded but it is still too much, and you can't stop to browse or take time to find what you are looking for. Its definately a shop where you need to know exactly what you want, get it and RUN to the tills before you get squished. Not their fault, but be prepared for a tight fit!
Great shop with tons of stock for any enthusiastic fan BUT it's tiny and cramped so don't wear a big bag or you'll knock everything over! No not sure if a wheelchair or pushchair would fit in easily either which isn't good.
Amazing staff this is the first anime store I've been to I'm from Wales there's not much anime stuff unless it's anime con I never seen so meany mangas and collectibles also been looking everywhere for a dreaming case for a long time I finally have one would recommend a lil small but I was stimming soo much in a good way I couldn't take it all in at once I never seen soo much anime merch
Ordered online and received a item damaged and in completely awful condition. Either the seller or courier is to blame and I’m really upset. Whilst the box appeared undamaged, my item’s box was awful. As a figure collector, you should know this is important. And to think you sold this above market for a preorder. Can’t tell but if you look properly, the window is smashed in from out of package. Edit: promised a partial refund which they still have not delivered on!
So many kawaii thing's!! Great quality, well laid out store. The staff were all so helpful and happy.
