Lovely Waterstones set out over 5 or so floors. Nice cafe usually shut for Covid and extremely helpful staff. There is a lift as well to help with getting to different floors.
Spread across 5 floors, this Waterstone's would take all day to browse through fully. The staff admire friendly and helpful, and there are several places to sit and read, especially the top floor. Well worth a look in
I have bought books from this store for many years. They have friendly staff and it's a huge store with loads of books and a great cafe. Thank you for your help and joy. X
Great selection of books. With kids corner and cozy cafe to read books
I love this Waterstones - especially the sci fi and horror sections which are really well stocked. Makes it easy to find a new intriguing read. Sometimes it is hard to find other books which don't fall into this section but that may just be me. Coffee shop also lovely.
Always a nice atmosphere. Customers and staff are Covid-careful. Are always knowledgeable, helpful and charming.
Excellent ! The book we wanted wasn't on the shelf but the lady on the shop floor went out of her way to get us one. Both her and the lady seving were very friendly and helpful.
Great selection of books, cards and stationery also available. Good hot drinks and cakes, a nice seating area to read and relax.
