A busy and lively cafe, well frequented by locals and tourists alike. No sea views, but good solid food (including a mean fish and chips), strong tea and lovely service. Sound.

Lovely place. Friendly staff and good fish and chips. The cliff walks a must with the ruins of the monastery, and look out for the last grave of the old church that fell into the sea

Fresh fish and chips or a selection of other good meals right beside the sea. Ample free parking.

It's good... but not as good as it once was and certainly not the best in UK as it was once bestowed the title of.
I find it quite expensive, the best fish and chips are up in the North East of England for me and regionally in Suffolk, head to Aldeburgh now.
