Appalling customer service. Please beware when buying online from this place - if you have to return anything, there's a serious risk you won't get a refund.  I returned something which was the wrong size 13 days ago I have the proof that it was delivered, and have received no refund. I have phoned the store and, like other reviewers was told "the person who deals with refunds is not here".  The guy couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Cool clothes and boots but the staff member was unhelpful, rude and arrogant.

Terrible customer service experience which resulted in a loss of over £200.  I bought a jacket through the online store but had to return it due to begin too large.  The parcel was sent via a signed for delivery service and was recorded delivered a day after I sent it.  Over the course of the next couple of months I called and emailed on multiple occasions to get an update on when I might expect a refund, and each time was told that the person I needed to speak to was not available.  As an independent store, I thought they might just need a little more to process returns so waited, and called for updates regularly of which none where provided and thought "at least the item had been delivered, it will get processed eventually".  When someone finally after 3 months! got back to me, they said that they had no record of the item being received at all.  Usually I would have been able to make a claim through Royal Mail, but due to the time  over 90 days! that it took to get a simple update and be informed by The R Store that it hadn't been received, I am now unable to do so.  If the matter had been addressed earlier I would now not be over £200 out of pocket.  I have emailed the store twice informing them of this and have received no response at all.  Absolutely terrible customer service - I would not recommend purchasing anything from their online store as they clearly do not care about their customers at all.

Good selection of trainers, shoes, boots and Jean's. Other tackle in the shop but wasnt looking at it. Nice and laid back approach by the owner. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Was looking for a particular Adidas trainer which I could not find anywhere as they were out of stock and I had given up hope when I came across this great little shop online. Found the trainers I wanted at a descent price and received them today, well chuffed. Would buy from them again

The best boutique clothing store in Manchester. Excellent curated range of well known brands along with unknown European collections. Rare items, special editions and finely picked independent labels means you'll rarely see anybody else wearing the same. Guys working there have great style, play Manchester tunes and are very approachable. Great shop.

Wandered in looking for a pair of Red Wing boots. The shop wasn't quite open but we were invited in anyhow to have a look around. Received excellent advice and given the chance to try a few types and sizes on before deciding on a pair. Can't recommend  this place highly enough.

Just a heads up if you are buying Red Wing boots from this shop. I went in this store armed with internet info about sizing down and spoke to the guy serving me, he told me no such thing, didn't know why people said that and he and his friend that works there also, wear them and always take the size they are in UK bum steer I tried some on and sure enough they felt firm to my foot so I bought them, but what then happens is as you start wearing them they stretch out, that hard leather loosens up and size nine feel like tens even with a thick insole I robbed from some of my trainers. So take heed then you won't be paying £269 for boots that dont fit!

Probably the best shop in Manchester. Bit of a nightmare if you want to keep hold of your money though - there are just too many sweet sweet items for sale.

Cracking men's clothing shop. Has a blend of Manchester styles but also a lot of different brands. Feels really unique and the people working there seemed very genuine
