I've been shopping at Intro on and off for 20 years. They always have the most spectacular clothing. Nothing I usually see on the high street, which I love. Very stylish
My wife purchased me a pair of trainer type shoes some years back. I went to exchange the very next day as to small. I entered the store and he immediately got defensive running away from me pointing to a sign behind the counter on cardboard saying no refunds. Every time I tried speaking to him he’s gave a negative comment then remove himself from my response. Absolutely infuriating. No customer service. Once he has your money no way back! Avoid at all costs. Years later and I’ve never had a response, a refund, or a credit note. I’m still owed £50. He took my name and number and said he’d speak to the manager. Absolute liar as he is the owner. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!!!!
what to say about this shop. good points - nice clothes, well laid out and different styles to what you find on the high street bad points - THE OWNER. Within walking 2 steps into the shop hes on you. Giving a running commentary on everything you look at or pick up to get a better look. Makes a shopping experience very uncomfortable. you then go down stairs to have a look at the other clothing and he follows you and continues his strange overbearing sales technique. If this is your idea of a fun shopping experience, you'll enjoy it, but 99% of people wont enjoy it. Overall - Nice clothes Overbearing owner Running commentary Uncomfortable experience
My go to shop when I need clothes - great up to the minute, top quality ranges and totally fresh looks and you don’t feel like you just stepped out from a high street chain. Great friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful - this is the difference between independents and multiples.
The best independent menswear shop in Manchester! They have lots of amazing options for men. I went in to buy a present for my boy friend, I was not sure what to buy, but the older gentlemen helped me. His customer service was incredible! He was very polite and well knowledge with fashion.

Been coming here for 16 years since I were a young lad I think 2000 or so including when i didn't live in manchester as other major cities simply didn't have anything to match it. They're responsible for a third of the best bits of my wardrobe and lightening my wallet from student to working man. Menswear is poorly served in Manchester compared to the ladies and this place is an oasis of quality in a desert of mediocrity. There's only one reason to come here, and that is for unique, highly styled and highly fitted clothing. The stuff that really gets you compliments. Its no accident that a lot of well known and not so well known footballers, WAGS and WAG wannabes shop here for the stuff that even Harvey Nicks, Flannels and Selfridges can't do. They tend to carry a lot of designers that only do small runs so if you want something a bit different from the run of the mill menswear store this is the place. That goes for everything from smart fitted suits and leather jackets to casuals. The stuff can be pricey, I wish they'd email regular, loyal customers like me to let me know when their sales are on, or give us a loyalty discount. They will happily take 50-75% of sale gear so keep checking and you can pick up great pieces at similar to high street prices. I've picked up amazing leather jackets for £150 in the sale down from £600. In the main though, you get what you pay for and better to have one stunning £500 leather jacket than several, high street ones for £100 each.
