I went to the dolls house to purchase a gift for my sister and the store was not only beautiful and brimming with selection but the staff were amazing. It was obvious that they love what they do. I felt very comfortable as a male going in to the boutique, they explained that all of the garments were made in store and designed and sampled on the premises. I was instantly sold and found the perfect gift.
It has been a very long time since I came across such a gem and in the heart of Manchester too. I will be returning, thank you again to the girls for your help, job very well done. I will remember my brolly next time haha.

I would not recommend this dress company as I received such bad customer service after spending £350 on a dress. 
Firstly, the dress arrived smelling like an ashtray. Secondly I paid extra to have the dress made longer as I'm 5,10. I don't believe they made it any longer as my knickers were clearly visible!
I rang and spoke to someone and asked if they could make it longer. I offered to pay, but no there was NOTHING they could do. I hardly believe this is true as they are a dress maker. Hmm.
I then ask my own seamstress to help me, after looking in some fabric shops it was clear There was no suitable match, she suggested asking them for a very minute amount of ofcut fabric so she can lengthen it. 
I called up again, and was told absolutely not as they don't 'sell' fabric. 
Which I replied, feeling very upset, it's very different as I already have a dress that doesn't fit and I'm asking for your help. 
I asked them to get the owner to call me. I and still waiting. 

I would also like to add I was a good customer of this company, even though I have had problems with them before I feel enough it enough and I will take my custom somewhere else.

I only pass this boutique when getting my bus, I would never shop here because it's not my cup of tea but, they sure do a fantastic window display and the staff look gorgeous... cheers
