We have an Audi Q7 and used this garage on the recommendation from AA. Our engine light came and the vehicle would not drive. The AA attended and ran a diagnostic test. This showed a fault of the throttle valve. The mechanic took it apart and it worked for a few more days Eventually the car was taken to this garage. The AA mechanic advised that the part was not that expensive and including works he would expect a bill of around £500. The garage had the car for three days, when they finally rang us back they said it was the inlet / outlet manifold and it would cost nearly £1400. After a conversation with my husband we decided the work needed to be carried out. A couple of days later we collected the car. All seemed fine until a week later the engine light reappeared. I returned the car to the garage and after waiting around for nearly 3 hours they came to tell me that the engine fault now showed the throttle valve -as you can imagine I was very angry and explained that this is what was wrong with the car initially. I asked for a copy of the diagnostics report to show that the fault they found was the inlet/outlet manifold. After an hour of waiting they told me it could not be found. The managers are a joke, their head office are fools and I would avoid this garage like the plague!! The AA in the end resolved the issue for us as it was taken to independent garage and they replaced the throttle valve at the cost to the AA. The AA after care were amazing. But I will never deal with Halfords again! Complete rip off merchants and cowboys!

Always a very friendly, reliable and professional service. The only centre I trust and take my car to now, as they've never tried to sell me anything that I wasn't already aware that my car needed, i.e. new tyres, windscreen wipers and brake pads.

They have had my disabled persons car for 4 days. They did not keep me informed, they promised I could pick it up today as we needed to use it tomorrow. no call, no car disabled person stuck in her own home. Absolutely disgusting. Do not use this company.

These guys are absolutely useless! They couldn’t repair a simple boot lock on my Range Rover sport autobiography! Had to be taken to them 5 times in the end he gave up and said take it to Land Rover directly (the guy with tattoos on his arm). I was only going to use them because they are available anytime which is convenient if you have a busy schedule like mine. Took to Land Rover battersea in 1 minute diagnosed upper tailgate latch fault with the spring. £39 job done! Waste of time, I think this place is good if you have cheap vehicles or are very gullible.
