Love this gym! Excellent equipment, great vibe and awesome people!

Excellent old-school gym. Great community. Friendly and down-to-earth owner and team. +10 testosterone by just existing in this space and +8 concentration from the good music. The area is packed and most weight are cast-iron so be careful not to trip.

Incredible gym. Got all the equipment you need for cardio and/or strength training, so can’t complain. If I lived nearby, this would be my home gym.

Brilliant gym, has everything you need and lots more. I have been going there since just after the first COVID lockdown and there is no other gym I will go to now. The other members are brilliant, very friendly and always willing to help. Staff including owner are friendly and helpful. Overall, love the gym.  Get in there and work hard to reach your goals!

It is the same as it's ever been. It's a perfect gym if you are looking to lift heavy things and find knowledgeable people. If you are looking for a sauna or jacuzzi, this isn't the place. It's a proper lifters gym, it's old school, I'm glad it hasn't changed, although I do feel like it used to be bigger, maybe that's just me though.

Very good gym. Great variety of apparatus. I had lots to do. I found machines that I'd never seen before  However, toilets are filthy. The majority of the clientele didn't flush the toilet.  The music is quite bad. The dance music I can understand, but the London gangster rap stuff is horrible.

This gym is the place to be it’s got all the best equipment and run by the nicest family everyone helps others out if needed and full of true inspirational folk I’ve been going for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Great old school gym. Fantastic range of machines and weights. Good cardio area. Glad I  switched from the commercial gyms to this place. Great atmosphere and people there.   Has everything to get in and stay in shape.

I've trained here on and off for just over 20 years since I was a teenager. Bob the old owner was an absolute gem who was always willing to give me tips and helpful info. Daz who runs it now has certainly taken up the mantle and runs a great gym and is always a friendly face behind the counter. Says a lot that he remembers clients names despite lengthy absences. You only have to look at the list of champs the gym produces to know the quality of equipment. Despite its imposing setting it's very beginner friendly and would recommend for beginner to pro. Best gym in brum hands down.
