Absolutely fantastic service. The agency is very professional, replies fast and is worth the trust we have given them. Renting a property for a student is fast, easy and safe with them. Properties are always clean and ready for new tenants. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I left work earlier than usual just to view their flat. I said I wanted to take the flat and clearly explained that I needed to get this done on time. I was travelling the following week and needed to move in by the time I got back . I was told I will be sent the application form etc. I waited for 2 days  and didn't get any email , so I called them(on Friday) only to be told that the landlord has rented it out privately!! Like what?? They didn't think letting me know was necessary ? if I didn't call them  I wouldn't have found out. Now they have messed up my plans and they didn't seem sorry about it. Terrible.

Have tried multiple student agencies in my life but none are nearly as bad as this.

Advantages

-When we forgot our keys, we were able to get keys off them

Disadvantages

Disclaimer: Our landlords were terrible additionally (refused to make basic repairs, gave the house to us in a terrible state)

- They were generally unwelcoming/cold when we saw them in the office (Never cracked a smile, even when we signed for the property initially!). 
- Felt like we weren't worth their time to talk to whatsoever
- Quite rude when they did the inspection before we left
-  Even though our landlord was awful, we felt very isolated when dealing with our problems with them, as they never sympathized with us nor helped us in any way.

Overall, I understand that the landlords were a problem which impeded what they could do. However, the manner which they dealt with us was unacceptable and even rude on occasions. Really unhappy, will definitely not use again if I can help it.
