They dont deserve even one star. Shooks and thieves! they kept all my money and never gave the deposit back to me. I am working on futher legal actions against them. This company must be closed! Moreover, they are polite and very very rude, specially Mr. Parmars. He come into my room without my consent. The worst decision I have ever made! They cheat everybody and take advantage of all the students. Next time, I would prefer to sleep in the street before coming back to this place. 
Guys, never, never, rent a room to them. You will regret it!

Good god where do I begin.... please for the love of all that is holy avoid these lying con-men. Even a local police officer described them as 'crooks'. Thankfully the people I lived with made the experience at the house enjoyable but by god was the the state of the house, and the state of the staff, c**p. Don't ever rent from these people, they are the worst kind of people who look to exploit students to the fullest degree. Racism, insurance fraud, incompetence and cheating are amongst their catalogue of skills and they will even do you the dignity of ignoring any requests, concerns or attempts at contact. If by some miracle you get through to them you have to deal with a rude, miserable and, to put it bluntly, stupid member of "staff". Avoid like the plague. If you're a student reading this heed my advice. I beg you.

Award for the worst estate agent should be given to them.  They are after your money and are only helpful up until you sign the tenancy. Stay clear of them!

Not even worthy of one star. Deserve a minus rating. Terrible estate agents, I wouldn't even call them that. They have no customer service skills and are completely incompetent of completing anything to a decent standard. 
 Not only that, they are very rude and respond to phone calls or emails with a sarcastic or patronising comment. In particular, one of the female staff constantly treated me in a passive aggressive manner and never failed to raise her voice when trying to battle a concern of mine, rather than trying to help or fix it. They were only ever helpful and polite before I had signed any contract, once that was done any sort of contact or exchange with the business was completely unprofessional and plain rude. Surprised they are still standing as a business. My advice: DO NOT rent from them and make sure to spread the word. 

Any of the good reviews with more than one star are obviously fake and probably written by one of the staff members..

Wish I could give it less than one star. Staff are incredibly rude as soon as the contract was signed. Found rat poison in our flat, the walls are damp and actually wet sometimes, boiler breaks constantly. Told "if you smell gas, let us know" as the oven isn't properly installed. So overpriced and yet, no customer service. If you want an argument, they're the people to find as that is all they like to do. Any issues? You'll only get a patronising and argumentative response. We even got given an old school table as a dining table (chewing gum included). When complaining, they will literally laugh at you, so unprofessional.
