Easy going estate agent Mr Iqbal, very calm nature and reassurance estate agent and was with me all the way to put my property on market to selling process. It is always great to work with a team where you find one customer point of contact rather than speaking to several colleague and explaining same situation. one customer contact knows in and out easy to deal with, that's what I like about Seths Estate agent.
We put our dad's house on market when it became vacant and shortlisted Seths. Iqbal whom we met on day1 was very friendly and professional and explained all the ins and out of the Sale procedure. We got regular updates from Iqbal on viewings and a buyer was found within the promised timescale. The sale process too went smoothly. I would highly recommend Seths.

Seths have helped to sell my house in Leicester. Amit provides a professional service and his manner is straight forward. He managed to filter the genuine buyers from the window shoppers. The whole process was made simple without any of the drama. I struggle to find even a minor fault with his service. I would not hesitate in recommending him to friends and family.
I’ve had a great experience with Seths who made moving to my first house easy and effortless. All staff were lovely but I mainly dealt with Janki who helped me move in within the time frame I had set due to my uni course, which I really appreciated. She was lovely, organised and communicated information clearly.

Amit, Nisha and the team at Seths estate agents were fantastic throughout the entire process from the valuation right through to agreeing an offer on the property, and we got an offer very close to the asking price in a matter of weeks. The team have been proactive, communicative and Amit went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly from viewing to completion and more importantly kept me regularly informed with all communications. They are sensitive, polite and respectful and I highly recommend them
Iqbal and Nisha at Seth's are extremely professional and helpful individuals and are great at what they do. Throughout the entire house moving process, they remained supportive and on top of everything no matter the circumstances, and always helped find a solution when issues did arise. I would highly recommend Seth's when moving homes and a huge thank you again to both Nisha and Iqbal!
