Barely functional letting agent. Terrible at paperwork, didn't inform the owners we were moving in, didn't turn up for a viewing and can't even manage the simple task of replying to important emails. For your own sake, use someone else.

Terrible estate agents for students. Never answer texts or emails even when the house is literally falling apart. When you finally get to speak to them they are a lot of talk and no action and blame the landlords when they have no knowledge of the problems. In a house for eight with one working shower for the last 3 months, ceiling fell in in one of the bedrooms, gas oven is temperamental and there are many other issues that just get ignored. The kitchen ceiling has also fallen through a month after us warning them about a leak. Still no action.

Jalaram fully manages my properties, i have not had any problems in the last 5 years, also they have gone above their duties many times, this has helped a lot since i am 300 miles away. Excellant service Many thanks

I used to be a tenant at one of property which is under management of Jalaram, I never had any single issue. They are always helpful, quick response, best service, most reliable agent in Leicester. I would highly recommend. Thanks Jalaram Estates Ltd.

Having lived in 3 student houses with 3 different estate agents, Jalaram was by far the best. Sorted out any problems we had instantly and always looked out for us.
