Awesome, huge and green space.nnWith 3 playgrounds.nnCozy Cafe inside.nAccess to toilet.nnWater Splash area open during the summer time.nnPerfect place for picnic nnDogs friendly....nnGood place to celebrate your birthday and spend time with your friends and family
It's a pretty big park with various areas including a lake with ducks, playground, basketball courts where people also go skating, tennis courts and a pretty flower bed area which has lots of benches to sit and appreciate the view. There's also a cafe, toilets, and a full althetics track.nAround the whole park is an inner 'road' which you can skate, jog, or cycle around, and it's a really good connection between different areas, eg, getting from manor house to finsbury park.nIt's often got a good vibe and mix of people, and I love hanging out with friends there in the summer. There was a time when it felt sketchy at points, but that's in the past. It feels safe, welcoming, and has a little bit of everything.
Finsbury Park is an amazing park with a huge amount of open space, wildlife, and a great playground! Obviously you have the Finsbury Park station nearby with good connections to the underground and national rail, but you also have Manor House station on one end! The playground here is filled with fun activities for all ages. There is loads of open space and it wasn’t too packed when I visited. There is also a cafe with good service and public toilets, but they were closed when I visited which was probably the worst part. Still an amazing park nonetheless! Would come again.
First London park run here. Helpful chatty runners and volunteers. Easy barcode scanning. You can't park your e bike that close though, and be wary of the hills, especially second lap
A large park, lots of space to sit on the grass and relax. Dog friendly. Has a large pond. A cafe with seating inside and out. It was busy, some staff were a little flustered due to this. Hot and cold drinks and food serviced here. Free public toilets. There was a race happening when I was there, and it didn't spoil my time there
