I found Fast Lane Motors on Auto Trader. At first I was hesitant to travel such a distant from where I live which was over an hour away.  However, I soon came to find that the friendly team and car experts they have, and the quality of cars and services they give are outstanding. I bought the car I went to see within the week and every member of the team was only at the end of the phone if I needed anything and sorted it very quickly.  I would highly recommend Fast Lane to anyone, even if they are a distance away.

I have to say one of the best garages I’ve ever bought a car from, efficient buying process, I did have a fault with the car but the garage went over and above to fix the issue with JLR and even provided a fantastic curtesy car for the duration of the repair, collected and delivered despite being 2 hours away, fantastic.

MAY 2024 It is a rare occasion I leave a review for a company, in fact only one last year! Which was another company in Stoke. I'm not from Stoke.  After someone crashed into me and my Mini this March, my lovely loyal car was gone.  I had been researching the internet for 2 month's looking for another beautiful car, Not to replace my Mini, she was fabulous and one in a million. Just I love BMW Minis.  After what seemed a long time I came across a Mini Cooper Coupe S at the end of April. My friend and I went to Fast Lane Motors in Trentham, Stoke to view and test drive this lovely car. I knew she was the one, 1 week later on May Bank Holiday Monday 2024 I collected our new car.  I would like to say all the staff I dealt with were lovely as well as professional warm and friendly, especially Tom, who as well as being in Sales is also a mechanical engineer and very knowledgeable too.  Tom, Anthony, George, Mark and Graham the owner are a delight to deal with.  There were a few minor things that needed doing after I brought our new Mini home, I phoned the showroom and they were dealt with promptly by Anthony and Tom, no delay.  May I also add the showroom is stunning and prestigious selling quality cars, however please look at their stock as there maybe something in your budget.  Even if your travelling a distance as I did, you won't regret your trip.. You will be greeted with a warm welcome and a coffee, now where do you get that these days!  I think a lot of companies could learn a lot from Fast Lane Motors who treat their customers with warmth, respect and humour too, making it a relaxed pleasant and enjoyable experience.  Please be lovely with the staff at Fast Lane Motors as they can't do enough for you, if you have any queries, just ask I'm sure they will sort it out straight away.  Fast Lane Motors will now be my GO-TO Showroom in the future when I need to purchase a new vehicle.  I would like to say a special thank you Tom who is a lovely character and very good at his job.  A lovely thank you to Anthony who I initially spoke to and got the ball rolling.  Lovely George and Mark and another character Graham the owner.  A thoroughly wonderful experience purchasing our New BMW Mini, not the usual experience from a car dealer for me personally. Went to look at a Mercedes C class estate with my wife, we ended up buying two cars, the Mercedes for us and a Golf convertible for our daughter. George and Graham did us a great deal on both cars. After care was brilliant, they went above and beyond. Thank's Graham  George  and Mark would  definitely  recommend

I cannot praise the team at Fast Lane enough. Incredible customer service from everyone, even the team members not dealing directly with the sale. The car is amazing, a fantastic deal and drives like a dream. The car was ready on time and they did everything they said they would do. Anthony took care of us and took his time going through several options for us, and then made sure we were kept up to date and looked after throughout the entire process. Fast Lane offer amazing deals and a fantastic customer experience. I would highly recommend and would definitely return again.

Graham fronts this great family business  but unfortunately his colleagues namley Anthony let the company down. Now on both occasions ive called with car issues in regards to getting it booked in and sorted following Graham's direction under warranty and both times the call backs after speaking with Anthony failed to materialise. On the first occasion I had to send a complaint email directly to Graham after waiting a week to get things sorted which finally were,  the second occasion most recently February 2024 again after an initial call to Anthony, again leaving my number two weeks later and no response.  Not entertaining this company any further nor am I waisting my valued time as customer and I would NOT recommend.

Amazing service! Was greeted and looked after whilst viewing a new car. Very quick in sorting all the details and arranging a test drive and purchasing the car. The car was well looked after, a great deal to be had with a view complintary services thrown in. Cannot recommend this place enough. Some Amazing cars on show! Saw the vehicle I wanted and reserved it in a day. Very happy with the vehicle and the service!

Fantastic Service from a garage who really care about their customers! No pressure, no pushy sales people, great coffee, kind and knowledgeable staff....this is how used car buying should feel. I love my new car and will definitely return when it is time for a new one.

I could not recommend Fast Lane Motors more. Anthony and the team provided exceptional customer service when buying my new car from them, the car itself was valeted and given a fresh mot before collection and I am so happy with it. Anthony provided great advice and went above and beyond to help me with the sale. The whole team were so friendly and I would have no hesitation in buying another car from them in the future.

Went to fast lane last week looking for newer car, no pouncing on you like a lot of garages just free to look around at your leisure. When we were ready to discuss a car we had a budget in mind and the one we liked was just outside that figure, we were told another range was due in within the hour and if we wanted to pop back we could have first refusal. We did come back took car for test drive and then decided to purchase. From that moment George was fantastic he ensured everything was in order and told us the car would be checked out and ready for today, nothing was too much trouble there was no pressure, no hard sell just a really easy pleasant experience we were not sat there for hours working out the details and finance like some garages do  it was an absolute joy to deal with this garage and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants to purchase a car when it’s time to change our car again this will be our first stop.
