Took bike for mot. Tester spotted front tyre had been fitted wrong way round !!! Failed test tyre refitted took it back passed. Thank you for a great service.

Had our van mot'd here (they did the mot and work the year before) and we asked them to price up the work that wanted doing 3 days later they still hadn't been in touch (I rang afrer 2 days and was told someone would be in touch) on the 3rd day I rang and was basically told what work needed to be done was what I already new about from the mot. And was told to not bother having the work done and get another van! I know the work wouldn't be cheap and at least I knew the van had a good engine and was solid and reliable. So basically they had the van for 4 days to be told they couldn't really do or want to do it anyway. They just want easy work they can make quick money out of! Had the work done at another garage for half the price they said it might cost!! When one of the lads at Adderly garage had a quick look at the mot to see what wanted doing the day I had the mot done but couldn't after 4 days pmsl.

Came from West Wales to stoke for a visit with drama on my car tyres. Another garage stated nowhere would stock my tyre size without charging me alot of money. These guys stocked them, fitted them and didnt over charge me. In fact the price was brilliant. Rolled up and got a brilliant service at a great price. The work was done straight away. Staff were all smiley, professional and polite. Thank you for a job well done. I know my dad is going to be using you now and I will too as I'm always up stoke and prefer a service I can trust even if i have travel over 180 miles for it.
