Saw this beauty on auto trader and in less than 24 hours, I was viewing the car in person. It was very easy to arrange and even easier to purchase. The car was very well looked after, very reasonably priced, the staff and Warren were very friendly and polite. I never once felt pressured into buying the car and was given all the information I needed/wanted to know. Loved my experience with this company and love my new car even more! Thank you so much to Warren and the staff at motiva direct for my perfect experience!
Warren and the team were very helpful and attentive to my enquiry regarding a Tesla Model 3. Within an hour of first contacting, Warren gave me a call and had a deposit secured on the car. Arranged a collection date convenient for me and at no point had any pushy sales tactics for any extras. The price advertised was what I paid. Couldn't be happier with the condition of my new car and even when picking up the car, Warren ensured I was completely happy with the car and allowed me time on my own to take a look around it before completing the paperwork. He even ensured the car had enough charge to get me home and was fantastic throughout. I would fully recommend MotivaDirect to anyone who is wanting a good quality used car, and look forward to returning again soon.
I was looking for a Tesla Model 3 long range and found one for sale with Motiva. I called up and explained to Warren I was interested in the car but was waiting for a buyer to purchase my car. I left a deposit over the phone. The buyer for my car didn't buy it so I called Warren to explain. He was very helpful and told me not to worry and gave me 3 days to continue to sell it. Normally salesmen would just release the deposit and sell it but Warren went out of his way to help me. I sold my car 3 days later went to pick up the Tesla. He called me on the way and offered to pick me up from the rail station. He put the kettle on when I arrived and left me to check over the car. There's no pressure sales just great customer service.The car was pristine and presented well so bought it. Warren assisted with all the paperwork and helped me set up the car. Thank you Warren for making purchasing a used car a lovely experience. I will see you again when I change the car. 5 stars.
Bought a BMW 330e from these guys. Warren was fantastic, absolutely zero pressure and extremely helpful throughout the process. Other dealers could learn a lot from their approach. Will be back again for a car for the wife later in the year!

The sale experience here went along the lines of “Hello, I would like to buy this car.” “Great, it’s this much.” “Okay, here’s my car and some money.” “Thanks. Bye!” which, frankly was the excellent nonsense-free experience I didn’t know I wanted. Better still, Warren worked to turn the deal around in one day which meant I didn’t have to shuttle up and down the motorway unnecessarily. The car does what I need it to do, and I’m leaving this review well over a month since buying from Warren as a few minor issues that cropped up were rectified with no fuss whatsoever. I would certainly return. Thanks!

My partner found the Motiva Direct website when we were looking for a specific model and colour of Nissan Leaf. They happened to have exactly what we wanted and just over a year old for a very reasonable price. From the first contact with Warren until the day I collected the car, everything was absolutely perfect. Communications were all friendly yet professional. Warren was never pushy at all and answered any questions I had fully and very promptly. The quality of the car and the way it has been prepared makes it feel like a brand new car. We live 200 Miles from their location in Stoke on Trent but I'm so glad I decided to collect the car in person rather than have it delivered. I would otherwise have missed the chance to see how immaculate their facility is and how well turned out every car in their stock is. They clearly take great pride in doing what they do extremely well and they simply will not sell a car which doesn't come up to their high standards. I would have no reservations in recommending Motiva Direct to anyone looking for a top quality car at a very reasonable price.
