Good place for people who want to hike in and visit the Isle of Skye.
Very well organized. Big kitchen. Very nice location.
You'd better have a car, but there is a bus that stops there if you don't.

Comfortable beds, good heating and a cheap bar. One toilet became blocked but that was more due to the guests problem than a hostel issue. Would stay again.

We stayed here for two nights while climbing Ben Nevis last year. Only meant to stay one night but had such a good time we extended it. Great prices and friendly staff. Kirsty did a great job making us feel welcome, booking us in, serving much needed drinks and generally being everything you could want! Farr Cottage is just outside Ft. William, the caledonian canal is on the doorstep and Nevis range is about 5 miles away. Ideal for what we wanted and we've all been back seperately since then whether it's for mountain biking or skiing or walking! 

Recommended for anyone who's travelling up this way on a budget.

Been to a function for a local committee  Lochaber together Kristy and staff are very helpful and good at thier job  and  they have a good bar and party games
