Excellent service and a well managed fast turnaround. George was a delight to deal with and managed to have me in my brand new Q3 within 2 weeks of ordering. Communication was excellent and he was very helpful throughout giving that I didn’t know much about purchasing a car. Would strongly recommend using Camberley Audi over others in the area!!

Had the worst experience purchasing a car from this garage. Which according to Tristan Wood (a sales executive) is not meant to be a fun experience, which he proceeded to tell me whilst being very rude down the phone. Professionalism is clearly something they do not value at this company.

The service provided by the sales department of Camberley Audi has been exceptional in terms of treating customers fairly. My interaction with Paul Milton (Sales Manager) restored my faith in human nature.

Liam and the team were super helpful when buying my Audi A1. They were there every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I would defiantly recommend them!

Since my last review of 1 star and my last statement of "Would I go back to Camberley Audi, not a chance", My perception has been somewhat changed since being contacted by the Service Manager - Last Year, apologies Camberley Audi - I forgot to update this review. Shortly after it had its oil service it had to go in again for another service, Issue with Sytner not reseting the correct setting. Whilst it was there they called and asked if had topped it up since the oil change. Long story short, they found an issue with the oil comsumption, Sytner did not find it. They ordered parts in and started the modification and now I do not have to top up every 1000 miles! I have one point of contact in service other than the Service Manager which makes my life more easy. Just been there today to organise collection for a service. Totally painless. Nothing is too much bother for them. Thank You Camberley Audi, It is appreciated.
