Story

Situated right next to Central Retail Park, our store opened in 2003 and is one of only a few Independent electrical retailers left in Central Scotland. We've worked hard over the years, building a reputation as a business our customers can trust to deliver on both service and price.

We carry an extensive range of Sony consumer electronic products all at competitive prices supplemented by third party accessories such as TV furniture, wall mount brackets and cables. We offer an end-to-end solution, not just selling products but installing and maintaining them too. You will never be asked to phone a manufacturer for assistance; we'll do it for you.

I bought a Sony phone last week. Initial contact with young lady who was really helpful and although could not show me any phones, was able to order one. Went to collect phone on Saturday and assistant set it up for me. Moved all my stuff from old phone and patiently explained new phone. A real star 🌟. Thank you.

Really excellent service from this family busines. I bought a TV, they set it up & showed me all the functions.Bought a Sony Camcorder and they are giving me free tuition on Movie Editing in store and free of charge, would not go anywhere else now.

First class service from Dean and his team, from purchase of TVs to installation and set up.  Very competitive pricing.  Wonderful instruction from Ross and Alan in how to operate new technology in simplistic terms for the ‘not very technically minded’.

Served by Ross today and purchased new TV. Acknowledged by Ross as soon as entered, he helped keep our 2 year old amused, great product knowledge and overall very helpful. We shopped around a few retailers and Sony centre were best priced and best service. Would highly recommend.
