Put my lenovo yoga tablet in on the13th June for what I would call a 'tune up' in which it got reset & my email address sorted out & was ready to get collected the following day. The pleasent soft spoken guy only charged £35. I searched the local reviews & the Falkirk computer Shop came out the best. I noticed 2 other repair men who were also pleasent. So any problems with your equipment - that's the place to go too
They have had my daughters laptop for over 9 months, called me after four weeks Sept 2020 saying it was fixed went in to pay and collect and the guy tried to switch it on and it didn't work. I wasn't given a receipt or line when I took it in August 2020 and now they are saying I was and they can't do anything about it until I have it, even though they found it and my details last September! Avoid at all costs!
I had a bad experience with this shop many years ago and said i would not use again but my normal repair shop was shut and i was desperate so i had no choice to take my pc in for repair which was basically a wipe of my hard drive and reinstallation of the operating system. Got it back 3 days later to find that my card reader did not work and when i went back was told to drop it off and they would have a look but in their own time. They were not very accomodating in the fact that this was required for my work. The guy admitted to me also that he had copied films from my drive and although I didnt think at the time, afterwards I thought ok it was only a film s no big deal but what else did they look at.. Made me think and certainly does not make me feel that they are trustworthy.
I dropped in with my iPad as button had failed. Cost was border line in line with pad's value and assistant showed me how to work around it. Now THAT's honesty rather than try to sell the repair. Used them before and now I won't go past them. Fantastic!!
ABSOLUTE COWBOYS , STAY WELL CLEAR !! would never use this shop if I was paid , took my uncles laptop to get fixed and comes out even worse to the point it ain’t even switching on now . And now they have the cheek to say that they ain’t fixing it and had the audacity to be shouting down the phone at us women because they think they know best and get away with it . Do your job properly and and you won’t have this problem . And the next time this happens to somebody learn to wind your neck in love , as the customers always right
Great friendly customer service replacing a charging port. Even fully charged by phone before returning. Would recommend.
Visited this shop this morning and was seen by Dale. This young man is an asset to the company he works for - he is so polite, friendly and most importantly helpful. Fixed the issue with my laptop with now hesitation. I would highly recommend this shop. First class.
I had a problem with my laptop and these guys repaired it for me. Trustworthy and helpful. I have been in here a few times over the years and they have even refused to repair my item and advised me to return it to the manufacturer. So they are not just out for the money.
Built my PC even though it had been partially started and needed some parts removed, very kind and gave updates and explained a lot
My computer blew up, taking my hard drive with it. Their engineers have spent days trying to get something out of it and have kept me informed every step of the way with rebuilding my PC. Professional, helpful and great to talk to. Can not recommend them enough.
