Was there reference and issue with a carpet we purchased 6 months previous,The final discussion with Store management made me feel they were doing me a favour by refunding me my money ,I have used this shop on quite a few occasions and I have always had good value. and pleasant staff ,so for that reason I will remain a loyal customer.
I ordered pillow set to be told there in Falkirk ! So I ordered them! To be told I would receive a txt from them… am still waiting!! I thought the way he put it across Falkirk has them in to find out you have to wait for them to get them in… should be a wee bit clearer on explaining things !!!!
Was in today with my kids to buy new pillows. This is why I prefer online shopping service was bad the team that were on were intimidating following us to the point I wanted to put my stuff back. My daughter also felt this we will never be back .nthe girl at till had no customer service skills just felt so uncomfortablenI also work in retail so I understand the procedures.
In store looking for a particular chair and was assisted by Rae. Rae was fantastic and helped us track down exactly what we wanted at multiple stores. Great customer service! Thank you!
You know that feeling when you are looking for something in particular, I couldn't find what I was looking for anywhere. I tried Dunelm thinking that I probably wouldn't get my artificial flowers there as I was looking for a particular colour, but I got them. The staff were so lovely and the shop was well organised so I found the flowers very quickly. Unlike other shops where you go in and wander round, looking for the 1 thing that you need until you eventually give up. Well, not in Dunelm. Well done, Dunelm you have a new customer.
