I have visited the store twice recently for a wedding outfit. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I had a first class experience on both occasions. On my second visit I had my elderly mother in law who has limited mobility. Again the staff worked round her needs and demonstrated patience, kindness and understanding. Excellent staff and wonderful shop.
Cannot thank Fiona and Lesley of Frox of Falkirk enough. My sister was shopping for a mother of the groom outfit and was really anxious about finding something that would suit. Fiona spent so much time and attention on her and dressed her in a stunning dress with matching accessories. The selection of dresses and special occasion outfits was second to none and I also chose a beautiful dress and matching accessories. Thank you to all for your care in making us feel like a million dollars on the special day x
I visited on Saturday to look for a guest outfit for a friend’s daughter’s wedding next year. The staff were all so friendly and helpful- Caroline made sure she knew what I was looking for and I bought a stunning dress and hat for the occasion. My friend also got lots of advice about an outfit for her mum and her own hat for her outfit. A great experience all round and highly recommended.
I had the pleasure to visit Frox with my daughter last Thursday, and had the pleasure to be served by Josephine, an absolute legend. She was so helpful and encouraging, but with a sense of humour too. I had no idea what I wanted, but suffice to say, I came away with a beautiful dress for my daughter's wedding, and feeling a million dollars. Thank you Josephine for making our day even more special.

No sales pressure , and you listened to what I was looking for .Thankfully the first dress that I tried was perfect . The rest of the staff were really nice too, as I was really apprehensive . I cannot express how dissatisfied I was with my recent appointment here particularly as I had to pay £25 to confirm. I had sent a picture from their website showing what I had in mind a wide shouldered dusky pink couture boutique dress with high low hem I was informed they had taken note of this. Considering the deposit paid and the prices upwards of £600 I was expecting an expert service, with excellent product knowledge. How wrong could I be! The sales assistant asked what I had in mind she had obviously not been informed of my emailed preference. I showed her the picture from the Frox website. “we don’t have that in yet”, Then why is it on your website? She came back with 2 baby pink dresses not what I asked for we went on to have a selection of other colours. Can I order these in pink - NO! Well why am I trying them on??? I tried a dark blue flowery dress that felt amazing on but still the wrong colour. She said “we do it in a pink colour” REALLY! Well why am I trying it in blue? Went to try on the other colour but when I said it was over budget £1200 she literally snatched it out my hand saying you won’t be trying it on then - it will be someone’s dress! Aren’t they all? I said I could possibly wear a dark grey. She brought SILVER grey! Nope still not what I asked for! Then brought a dusky pink and dark grey dress - YES at last that would fit my colour scheme! It was nice so asked to try a hat. She brought silver grey! Do you not have dark grey? Would that not be better? Dark grey hat was available - why was this not brought first? Towards the end of the frustrating hour long appointment she brought.out one last dress. A wide shouldered dusky pink “couture boutique” dress with high low hem!! Very similar to the photo I asked about when I arrived!!!! Why did this not come first? Overall in my opinion the assistant wasn’t knowledgeable or even interested in me or my requirements. I was certainly not going to spend a lot of money in a shop with such poor service, so we left, went to another local shop where we had amazing service.
Visited a couple of weeks back looking for a mother of the bride outfit. My appointment was with the lovely Josephine who listened carefully to my likes and dislikes and found me the perfect outfit. Can’t thank you enough Josephine - I will send a photo from the big day. Rosslyn Little

Was in at the weekend with my Mum and the service was exceptional. They made my Mum feel like a million dollars and can’t wait to see her in her dress.
