Bought a new vape kit but didn't have my previous 'go to' one in. The guy who served me was really helpful but when I got home the actual vape wasn't charging so spent ages trying to figure out what was happening and realised it needed a battery but there wasn't one in the kit. Realised the shop was shutting in a few minutes and started to panic as I'm away all day the next day so wouldn't have time to go to the shop so gave them a quick call and they answered, realised who I was and the guy dropped off a battery free of charge once they had closed. That was honestly the kindness I needed after a really horrible, stressful day. Thank you
Early opening times to get in and out before work, loads of devices to suit everyone, hundreds of juices to choose from and excellent, knowledgeable, friendly and professional service. Worth a visit if you haven't been.
Really helpful and accommodating with my problems. Highly recommended if you require any advice on vapes, liquids, etc.

Plenty selection of vapes,tanks,coils,vape juice ect... Customer service was a bit dry with a know it all attitude!but the wee guy that served me was ok Wont use again unless im stuck ‍ Reasonable prices for the vapes Coils are expensive and sell individually!

Fantastic range of products and the staff are always helpful/pleasant. My go-to vape store in the Falkirk area. *Editing in just to say how amazing they were/have been throughout the pandemic. A delivery service ran throughout at no extra charge and they maintained their loyalty scheme as well. Massive kudos to them. Don't know what I would have done without it.
I placed an order for some vape coils online but when it arrived all that was in the package was 2 empty coil blister packs, contacted them for help but they were not responsive. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything online from this company.
Best vape shop i have ever come across out of the 30 odd vape shops iv been in around the country,most are a joke in comparison,the staff are all awesome,helpful and polite,the selection is always great and they never run out of anything,prices are low and stay competitive unlike some shops,delivery service is a god send, reliable and quick. Cant recommend enough,the staff are very much appreciated 10/10
