My experience is similar to some other reviews.  Very unfriendly, sarcastic and quite frankly rude receptionist.  Getting appointments are a complete nightmare. The way the receptionist acted towards us when we had to cancel due to covid.... our original appointment had been cancelled as the Dentist had covid. Extremely disappointed with the practice now.

Before Covid had no issues, loved this place and even encouraged my very nervous partner to go here, never had any problems or need to return and after covid for the first time i had a unfamiliar dentist loudly laughing and joking with her assistant while working on my mouth and have been back for lots of return visits for the same tooth since then. Difficult to get appointments that aren't slap in the middle of the day and receptionist  is very unpleasant to communicate with, constantly changes your appointments to times you havent even confirmed and leaves a voice message to tell you its changed without any confirmation from you. Sad to see a good practice go downhill, leaving and joining another much more welcoming practice the day after my last appointment with them has been the best thing I have ever done for myself and my oral health.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a great service at this dentist. Also great treatment. 5* for me

So rubbish! Staff is so rude!! Deregistered my child after I missed an appointment. So awful. Disgraceful dental practice. First they prescribed incorrect medicine for her which was too strong and now they have de registered her. Shameful

I have never had a reminder to go for teeth to be checked over. My wife gets a call but never kept with the poinyment.

Quite a bad experience with receptionist over the phone.
