I am very happy with my new little car. It’s exactly what I was looking for. The sales people have been extremely helpful. I made contact by telephone initially as I live a distance away. They promised they would let me know if anybody else showed any interest in the car before I was able to view it. When I arrived, the car was ready for me to test drive. They were knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. I had bought a car from Venns many years ago, and it’s great to see that’s the same quality of customer care and support still exists in this business.
Our first experience buying a car through Venn's Motors. The staff were informative, helpful, patient and friendly. Overall the customer service was first class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Purchased a Seat Ibiza FR from Dennis Venn Motors the other day which I am very happy with. Josh is friendly and very professional. The whole process was made easy, from viewing the car, taking it out for a test drive and picking the vehicle up. I had the option to take the car the same day, or wait a week and it would be given a new MOT. Great service. Top quality vehicles. 10/10, would defiantly recommend to others. Thank you!
Great local garage, good selection of vehicles, knowledgeable staff, i knew what i wanted Honda Civic and they had one in stock, apart from wear and tear 2014 it was pretty much in showroom condition. Brilliant and professional handover, even made me up a new set of private plates, which i display proudly. 100% recommend them and would and will purchase a car from them again.

My son went to see a car which was on forecourt, he had been to other companies but he went back to Venns on the way he had been greeted and they gave him the time where other companies did not.He has now brought a car and I did go with him the second time and the service was fantastic. Easy, simple, and to the point. Josh Venn was very polite, friendly and humble and his dog was a very good sales assistant I think you should promote him I HP a Vauxhall Astra 16 plate, 50k miles on the clock for a superb price. He was very friendly and the whole transaction was super easy. I went to test drive the car at 9am and he had already had it started and warmed up and he had cleaned the car so thoroughly when I went to pick it up! Would always recommend and happy to give my money and time to the company 5 stars!
Great experience when buying my car. Jon & Josh were nothing but friendly, professional & courteous. From initial contact to driving my lovely Audi away the service I received was exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

It’s the first place I’ll look when it’s time for a new one. I have dealt with Josh both times who has been great. I even received a message a month after the last purchase to check in and to ensure I was happy. You don’t get this very often. I’m very impressed.
