Excellent customer service.  After telephoning F. Hinds, Evesham this morning about my broken watch, I was advised to visit the store in person. On entering the store, I was greeted by a member of staff who acknowledged that he had taken my telephone call earlier. He then went on to serve me, explaining all my available options before selling me a replacement watch, which another colleague quickly adjusted. He was thoroughly professional, efficient and friendly. He even made me laugh!  Thank you Harry, you are a credit to the store.

If i could give a 0 star I would , I booked my daughter in to get her ears pierced 1 months ago , her appointment was for today. This morning I got a  rude phone call from a member of staff working at F Hinds, she kept saying hello and putting the phone down, after 3 times of ringing the store back she eventually spoke to me.  She unapologeticly told me that my daughters appointment was cancelled, she gave hardly any notice as her appointment was in 2 hours time. She suggested I come back in 2 weeks time , no empathy for the fact I rescheduled my day to make the appointment. I declined because I was so upset by her unprofessionalism and the lack of care for letting my child down.  Totally unprofessional which im shocked by.

My husband Alan Morgan was passing through Evesham and popped in to the shop with the dog for quote for a link to be fixed on my bracelet , a  nice lady Denice had a look and said she could fix it , my husband said he had no money on him , but she fixed it and didn’t charge , so  a Big thank you to Denice and the girls for being so helpful and kind Alan Morgan

Great service and friendly staff repaired my watch strap in less than a hour that saved me a nightmare looking for a part online very professional.

Thank you sooo much to the staff at F Hinds today. My daughter one pierced ear had started closing up and I was beside myself with worry. I took her into the store and they managed, with a lot of tlc and reassurance, to put her earring back in. Thank you once again.

Lovely shop! I was looking for a watch and was very well looked after by the friendly staff. They helped me pick the right watch and didn't mind explaining some of the differences in specifications. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter had her ears pierced today in the Evesham store. She was excited but nervous. The assistant put her at ease and kept her informed all the way through the process and awarded her with a sticker and certificate afterwards. Lovely, calm and caring service thank you.

The Evesham Worcestershire branch: very friendly staff and very welcoming too. All the staff are knowledgeable with their job, we have bought many items over the years, all of which have been carefully serviced by the branch. Highly recommended for all your jewellery needs.

I bought my mother a gold link bracelet for her birthday in January 2018. It snapped a few months ago and when I returned to the branch in Evesham on the 21st August the company replaced it and gave a new guarantee for a further 12 months. Even though the shop was quite busy with a number of other customers the staff were at all times very professional and polite. Many thanks for your 'First Class' service.
