Just been down and picked up a lovely little car from Mark. He's a really nice bloke who does all warranty work himself in house, so you always know exactly what you're getting. Does deliveries too, so if you're in the Devon & Cornwall area and are after a low milage small car, I would definitely recommend checking him out
Avoid this dealer. Engine light came on the day I brought the car home and although the car was in warranty and the dealer booked it into a garage and ‘fixed it’ the car has never been right since and unfortunately now out of warranty the car continues to have its engine light on. As a young driver and having broken down several times on the road, I am told my car now needs a new engine and is unfit to drive, an expense to a young person, a waste of well earned money and a car that had issues which were known by the dealer when purchased.
Have purchased from Mark a couple of times now and both vehicles have been excellent . Meticulously checked and prepared and 100% ready . One of the nicest, most genuine guys you’ll ever buy a car from .
Bought our car from Mark 3 years ago and have had over 50,000 miles of trouble free motoring since. Mark was very helpful and a small warrantee issue that occurred was resolved very quickly. We will be buying our next car from Mark too.
Good selection of low mileage cars, certainly a salesman, won't haggle which is unheard of but had it ready for collection with new MoT on time, an easy transaction.
Mark keeps a selection of very high quality and very low mileage cars on site and was my first visit of many that day across west Cornwall. Despite a huge amount of similar cars available across the majority of reputable dealerships, none compared anywhere near as well when assessing price and quality. A no brainier so we placed a deposit that day. Picked up with a fresh, no advisory MOT and three months warranty and delighted. Few niggles identified a week after collecting but Mark resolved to more than our satisfaction quickly and professionally. Would strongly recommend and will definitely use again.
