Service is good. Initially I had a few issues getting a defect acknowledged and then replaced, took 4 visits but I suspect this was a unique circumstances. Every service is met with smiles, a courtesy car and a good handover once everything is finished.

Had leaky sunroof & took it to them to fix as lots of water in passenger front & rear footwell area's. They knew what they had to do so booked it in for them to do the next day. 

On collection airbag light was on & was perfect when dropped off. Returned back to service desk to be told it would be fine to drive, as all technician's had gone! Told them I needed it rectified before I left as I have kids in the car. Staff returned & said lucky for you one tech guy is still here...

Waited 15mins further & they returned to say all done & they forgot to reconnect the airbag on the A-pillar! 

So I go away back to where I'm staying & inspect their work further. They have not even removed the flooded water that is in the area's where all the electrical wiring is... & the only reason I took it to them to fix immediately is because I did not want to drive it with all the water in the electrical area's.... I'm shocked & feel let down by the Land Rover dealership....
