Received unsolicited email re 'routine work' so phoned to ask what routine work.
I was told that service at branch busy so they will ring me shortly.
Rang again one hour + later...on hold for10 mins  then service said they had not been informed.
Email referred to MOT in two months time!

I am really thankful for EMG and the service they provided me with! As I am someone who's only knowledge about cars is their colour, I felt very relaxed and welcomed! All the staff were so friendly and helpful and made the whole experience stress free for me! Thank you all! Love my new car!

Went to EMG because they offer to buy your car. A couple of months ago, they offered me £2500 for it. When I went back to actually sell it to them, they dropped their offer by £1000 to £1500. There was very little difference to the car at all in terms if mileage or anything else other than it now had 6 months MOT rather than a few months more. WeBuyAnyCar actually offered me vastly more. So, I won't be going to EMG again, they don't keep to their word. This was the branch opposite the Hyundai garage in Bury St. Edmund's.

I recently purchased my Audi from EMG Bury and the service i recieved was amazing!!! I was reccomended by a friend of mine and they didn't dissapoint. From start to finish the deal was so smooth and proffesional. I also love that they go out of their way to call afterwards to make sure everything is ok for myself. 5 STAR SERVICE.

I recently purchased my Ford KA from EMG in Fornham Road.  I absolutely love my new little car.  The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I couldnt have asked for a better service.  I will certainly be back in the future.
