I was given the wrong (and more expensive) headlights by an incompetent employee which I noticed when I tried installing them at home. When I came back I decided to spend a little extra to have Halfords install the headlights. It was a really long wait and afterwards another incompetent worker installed one of the headlights upside down, so that at night the light was pointing up into oncoming drivers' eyes! Never coming back.
