The best customer experience I have ever received. I have used Deacons for servicing several Rolex watches and they were extremely professional throughout the process. My wife and I are always treated kindly whenever we visit and even our young son is made to feel welcome. James, Mark, Mr Deacon and the rest of the staff are amazing and we hope to see them continue to grow.
I have visited Deacons on a number of occasions and have had a wonderful experience every time. They have a lovely variety of items for all different occasions. All of the staff are very welcoming on arrival and throughout the shop, especially James who I have dealt with. You feel very looked after while browsing and shopping. All staff are willing to let you view items and let you try different pieces on.
My 93 year old mother went to Deacons this week as she was unsure the earrings she was wearing were gold. The sales person took the earrings off, checked them cleaned them, polished them and confirmed they were gold. Asking how much she owed, the salesperson said "To you madam nothing" She was so chuffed. Excellent personal service always!
I first visited Deacon’s in 2020, where I was introduced to James to look after my enquiry. I am a real watch enthusiast, and whilst I may not be the richest customer around, I was absolutely made to feel like I was. Since then, I have purchased multiple watches and introduced friends to James @ Deacon’s too, who have all had a fantastic experience each time. I’ve also been lucky enough to attend a couple of Tudor events, again making me feel part of the Deacon’s family. I often drop in for a quick mooch around and all of the staff always make me feel very welcome to be there. Absolutely brilliant, independent business interested in building long lasting relationships with customers - now the only place my family and friends will deal with. Highly recommend you visit here rather than one of the big faceless chains of Jeweller’s!
Really unpleasant man spoke to us at the first counter. Went and asked about paying to have my finger measured for a wedding ring to be told ‘we don’t measure peoples fingers for them to order rings online’. Assuming we wouldn’t have potentially purchased from them? Not even considered as clients and judged straight away. Could have used the opportunity to get me to look at rings having had my finger measured. My partner is really into watches and this is one of the only good stores around stock wise but after this experience we won’t be back. no need to be rude to people. There are much politer ways of saying they don’t offer a finger measuring service!

I recently booked an appointment, to try on a few watches, at Deacons. The sales assistant, Max, was more than accommodating. We looked at quite a few different watches and it was a fantastic experience. You can tell that the staff are enthusiasts and care about watches, which makes the experience that extra bit special.
Absolutely great service from Andrew, he helped me choose my Tudor GMT. Definitely knows his suff and no pressure sales. Would highly recommend Deacons
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Rolex from Deacons, the store is beautiful and very well laid out. Kevin made the occasion a pleasure for us, me and my wife were very pleased.
