The staff here are fantastic. They are friendly, professional & efficient. Ben who is usually on the front desk is very welcoming, chatty and helpful. I have had 10 sessions with the wonderful Jean Vincent JV who has the most charming French accent. He has done an incredible job with the mobility of both of my shoulders. He is always encouraging, enthusiastic & personable. He has a ton of experience & is always so patient with me but pushes me to do that little bit more when doing the exercises. He even gave me a written schedule of how to approach my skipping exercises which was thoughtful & sweet as it had nothing to do with the issue I was there for & he was receiving payment for, but he genuinely cares about his clients. We chit chat about a ton of different stuff during my appointments which is lovely.I also had a session with Chris when JV was on holiday & he was great too. Great team of people from the chaps on the upstairs reception too.
Great experience working with physio Chris, very patient and progressive with each task. Regained strength, power, flexibility and stability in my injured shoulder. Highly recommend Chris and the team he works with, absolute pleasure.
I highly recommend chiropractor Ben Breen. The adjustments have really helped with my posture. He has shown me some useful exercises and stretches to keep things going between visits. Super grateful!
I'm very active and regularly compete in sports - playing Football and competitively Boxing. As expected, there's a heavy demand on my body and a fundamental part of competing is keeping the body fine-tuned and learning how to recover and strengthen injuries. The Physio Jean Vincent and Osteopathy Andy have both helped me work through rehab rotator cuff injuries, lower back injuries and educated me on better ways to push my performance. Always recommended to friends and team-mates.
Chris is very professional and experienced, he gave clear direction and guidance to help me achieve my recovery goals. I would 100% recommend to anyone needing a 'best in class' sports physiotherapy.
Couldn’t recommend JV enough - his technical expertise, guidance & patience for rehab on my ankle has been brilliant. His friendly & fun approach similar to all staff at Nordic Balance makes each visit such a pleasant experience.
Highly recommend Ben for both chiropractic and sports rehab. Ben gave adjustments and exercises for lower back pain which helped almost immediately - and followed up with a perfect balance; chiro, physical rehab, and education. His focus on addressing the source of the issue and strengthening for future is key - completely pain free after two months and 100% down to his skills and expertise. Don't look anywhere else for a chiro - Ben's your guy
Have been to see Chris Bond for a couple of injuries. On both occasions, he has guided me back to full fitness. Chris is highly informed on the science and has a practical and effective approach to rehabilitation. Would recommend!
Great service from Nordic balance and would highly recommend JV to anyone seeking a physio. Treatment plan is clear, concise and tailored to your person needs.
Outstanding holistic approach to fitness, health and treating injuries. Their joined-up approach at Nordic Balance has helped me immensely in addressing some lingering injuries. The treatment plan overseen by Ben has literally been life-changing.
