Roza is a wonderful physio-therapist and sports massage, I could not recommend her enough and she is now my go-to for body work. She is able to describe in detail what is happening within your body and pick up on issues other practitioners have missed in the past In just a few sessions she has corrected spine mis-alignment which I was not aware of, and recommended how to avoid this in the future. As someone who does sports regularly I love to know what it happening from a physical perspective as often and clearly as possible, she provides a taillored service for whatever your needs are on the day and always makes sure of your comfort.
Wasn’t a fan of the first visit, but went to the second given severe pain & a tight schedule…. The therapist ended up not showing up, nor were other employees aware of my appt or had a contact number to reach them… Very unprofessionally run business, let alone one in healthcare.
I got very professional service on short notice. All of the physical manipulation I requested I received. Knowledgeable staff and good end result.
Roza was wonderful with Neurophysiotherapy which I did for my MS, as she was very patient. Highly recommended thanks to rosa and her amazing team.
Roza is a very knowledgeable, dedicated and effective physiotherapist. I arrived with excruciating knee pain and overall chronic pain, walking with the aid of two sticks. From the first appointment, I started to notice improvements; I followed her very detailed, clear instructions; as she provided written emails, diagrams to print and even agreed to video me so that I could replicate the exercises in my own time. At the second appointment I had less pain in my knee and less overall pain. I could walk with one stick. Roza was able to identify further the problems that had been difficult to identify before as the overall pain I had initially was not letting me identify where the real pain was. In addition to exercises and focused massage, she has combined ultrasound and acupuncture techniques. I am on my third appointment and I have gained back a lot of the lost mobility. Pain in some areas is gone, and improved enormously in other places. She listens carefully, she asks very precise questions, she focuses and with her knowledge she is able to find the problem and how to treat it. Roza is very kind, cares about the patient. I already have recommended her to friends.
Roza Ferrnczi is very highly skilled. She helped me with an ankle injury just in time for a triathlon last year and is currently helping me heal runner’s knee. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
I would highly recommend Physio Medicine, the therapist is extremely friendly and professional; providing an excellent service. I used their services for both a foot and back injury and felt the benefits after just a couple of sessions. It is always easy to book an appointment and the staff are very responsive
Don’t trust Roza She’s all sweet talk and not much work just wants your money. I’ve had the bad experience.
Dr. Roza and her team treated me very badly. Please be careful: I went there for my neck pain and charged me 180/- gbp for a 50 minutes session. I have no problem with the money but she took 30-40 minutes in doing admin work in knowing your medical history which you normally do by filling up a form before the actual appointment. So, basically she charged me 180/- for 15-20 minutes of actual session which was also to confirm if i've a pain or not. Of course i have pain. I didn't complain about her cancelling my appointment and rescheduling it in the evening. And then also, she attended me 20 minutes late. I wanted to try more sessions with her but next day, to my surprise, i received a threatening invoice email from her team: ``` **Failure to clear the invoice will be sent to the debt collections team** 10 % additional charge payable if not received within 24 hours. ``` Imagine what would you do if someone think that you are a thief. I immediately paid her, cancelled all my followup appointments. Despite of giving them authorization code from my insurer, they wanted payment in advance which is fine but why did they ask for my insurer at first place? And why they had to write me so rudely? And lastly, they charged me thrice the avg session cost for physio and that for admin work? Please be careful with this one: if you do book, be ready to be treated rudely.
Roza from physio medicine is absolutely amazing, a highly trained professional who listens and understands the emotional and physical side of things and for me has helped me through a very tough time and not just my physical recovery but i could not have asked for anyone better than. 5 star review for one of the best physio therapists i have ever come across.
