Enterprise in Hexham, have been more than helpful. We had a courtesy car for several weeks, and the service was brilliant.

Rented a van from here over the weekend - they were helpful and friendly and when we had to return it in a bit of a hurry on a Monday morning they were totally relaxed  - nothing was too much trouble.  I am not easily impressed when it comes to customer service (too often I am disappointed by it in fact)  so wanted to write this review to say thank you! Will definitely use them again if we ever need a hire vehicle.

Efficient friendly and helpful staff. Had to give me a van larger than requested due to a puncture on the booked van but not a problem for me.
