Very poor service. My booking had all gone through and i was waiting for delivery when i was told the service they use to check my address was not matching, the address i have live at for over 9 years and never in that time had an issue. Thanks for letting me down Enterprise!

A medium size vehicle wasn't available so I was given a free upgrade to a large one on the assumption that I would want that. We had to backtrack on the paperwork because I didn't want to drive a large one - I preferred a small one at a smaller price! I suggest you offer the customer the two alternatives when this happens, rather than assuming they want a big one. You can't even find anywhere wide enough to park those Chelsea tractors!

Disappointed with Enterprise service, I had booked the car over the phone and did visit this office the day before my travel to check if I need to complete any paper work. I have been told all is well and  I can visit next day and make the payment. The next day I have been told my address is not matching with their record. I have no idea what it was and they asked me to call their third party service to check why address is not matching their database LoL. My point is they could have done this before placing the reservation and confirming the booking with customer rather doing it in the last minute. Anyway, I didn't want to waste my time by  solving the unknown problem, called another rental company and booked a car for better pricing...!!
