The best service I ever had. Spend two minutes registering to their preferred scheme before you book - if you have this you turn up to your car waiting for you with the keys in. Literally 3 minutes to get car and go. Same on the return. Incredible.

Not possible to give anymore than 1 star here. You cancel in advance, and they have the audacity to say no refund. I thought they were a top notch company but i guess not. Attempted to return a van last night, NO SERVICE, THE GUY EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME. IS THAT THE TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO YOU EMPLOY TO BE CUSTOMER FACING?! AND THEN HE SAYS "YEAH THEY DO THE CAR RETURN IN THE MORNING" YES ITS BEEN DONE IN THE MORNING NOW AND I NOW AM GETTING OVERCHARGED AS A RESULT OF GOING OVER 24 HOURS! PATHETIC, BELOW STANDARD, TO SAY IAM VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDER-STATEMENT!

Great experience. Had to wait a bit due to a troubled computer system that day, but that's not the staff's fault and was apologized for. I had Alan helping me. Great guy, very helpful and friendly. Everything was dealt with quickly. Quality of the car was good. Returning the car was fast and efficient as well, no troubles there. I can definitely recommend Avis.
