I used them to rent a van to move house.
From the get go they were friendly and told. me exactly what they could offer and for what price.
I booked my van and got exactly what i requested. The rent was easy and the staff really friendly.
The van was new and in great condition. Did exactly what it said on the tin.
I returned the van promptly the next day amd had no problems whatsover.
I would have no hesitation renting from 7ways again.

I booked to hire a car with 7 ways using their online booking system. This all went through and I received an email to confirm the booking saying they would be in touch to make final arrangements. Closer to the date of renting, i emailed them again and they said they couldn’t find my booking. I resent the confirmation and then they said that they didn’t have the car but would get a vehicle. However the day before rental I had a very unpleasant conversation with an employee. He was very rude and condescending, talking over me and not letting me speak. He said that they had tried to contact me and because I hadn’t answered it was my fault that they didn’t have a car for me. When I tried to explain that they online booking system confirmed the booking and that this shouldn’t happen if they don’t have the cars. He talked over me, shouting the same thing about trying to contact me. He was hugely unapologetic and at times sounded raised his voice. I felt that he would not have spoken to me in that manner had I been a male. 
After lots of shouting and talking over me, he then asked if I wanted to pay more for a different car. I obviously declined as I would not want to continue business with a company who spoke to or treated its customers in that manner. 
If you are wanting to hire a car, I would definitely look elsewhere.

Couldn't have been easier. One quick phone call and I was given excellent advice about which van would best meet my needs and a quote far cheaper than any other I'd found. Andrew was very friendly, flexible and did his best to accommodate all my requirements. The van was fabulous, in very good condition and very easy to drive. No hidden extras or pressure to pay additional charges or upgrades on insurance etc. What was described is what we got. I can't recommend 7 Ways Rental highly enough. I won't be using anyone else from now on.

I needed to rent a van quickly to move into my first flat. I received a fast thorough service that was quick and easy. Its hard to believe that the company has just moved premises recently. A very friendly and reliable customer service provided and should be anybody's first port of call for hiring a vehicle. They make everything simple like it should be and the cost is minimal. Many Thanks :)

Hired a van on a Monday at a fantastic price especially as it worked out cheaper than some man and van companies had quoted for one hour!

The van we hired was in great,clean condition, and overall the service was excellent. Very friendly and professional. 

We are moving our business into new premises in a few weeks, and we will definitely be hiring a van from 7 Ways again. 

Highly Recommended.
