First time I have had to hire a car...
An all round excellent service..
Kindly given an upgrade of vehicle which was spotlessly clean.
Staff extremely helpful.

Good quality car, had a sat nav built in, reasonable priced, nice staff. Bus shuttle from airport to car rental area was easy to use, but was hard to find on the way back due to road works and diversions. But other than that very pleased with the service.

Friendly, very helpful, prompt. Good is service. Very pleased with their support. 

Difficult to get them on the phone though.

Wonderful fast service and amazing car conditions and selection. The staff were happy to help advise me and see what they could do to help me get the best from my rental. Wouldn't use any other service! Customer for life!

Car hire place team are very good. Shame about the logistics to get there.

As an airport I don't like it
It's small and over crowded and the way it's run from tickets to immigration to security is like a cattle market and poor customer service. You are not spoken to politely but spoken to by robots who don't even make I contact with you as they are on auto pilot
I've moved back north so used to going to Gatwick and Heathrow
Gatwick is only slightly better than Manchester
Heathrow I loved, but hey, you go to your nearest home airport
