Rented a car for 3 days, paid online easily and collected from Crewe. Isy at the desk helped me get things signed, explained everything and showed me round the car, she couldn't have been nicer. The Clio I got was clean and tidy and drove perfectly. Taking the car back was just as painless, Josh checked everything over, he was friendly and professional and even gave me a lift home, thanks. Perfect service from excellent staff.

hired a large van for 7 hrs. when inspecting the vehicle I didn't notice the fist sized dent 9ft high on the rear of the vehicle. they said there is no way they would have not noticed the damage so it must have been done on my watch.  refused to give me my £200 deposit back. climbed up the van to inspect closer and noticed rust in the dent and got my £200 back.

I was collected on time and the hiring process was handled in a friendly and stress free manner.  Staff were responsive to requests and explained the process clearly.

When I dropped off the car on return I was taken back to my home in a very luxurious car with a friendly driver.
