Had to do 3 stops. Time was critical. 1st time The van was not ready at 10 am. Had to wait an hour. Was not able to complete all the journeys. Had to wait a month in order to make the 3rd journey which was time critical. Driver failed to turn up. Finally the next day I was able to make the pick up. Consequently the hire cost twice as much as it should have. Vans need a Smart phone holder for GPS otherwise hire is accident prone. No Accident Claim form in triplicate with diagrams preprinted details etc. for customer. Could do better to relieve customer anxiety. Graham Wright

Excellent customer service, friendly staff and hassle-free service. Pricing policy makes them cheap to hire but the option to reduce excess on insurance can bring price in line with other hirers. However, based on Horsham branch experience would recommend without hesitation.
